AI-SERVERS

About us

AI-Servers, s.r.o. works across AI, from computing infrastructure to tools for end users. We design, operate and manage CPU and GPU servers and develop software that puts their computing power to practical use.

The team experience we build on

We bring together practical experience in hardware, performance tuning and financial analysis. For the past three years, we have also applied this experience to configuring, managing and operating AI servers day to day.

RE-Server was founded in 2015, building on its founders’ years of professional experience. Its founders and the other members of our team each have at least two decades of experience in their field. AI-Servers, s.r.o. was subsequently spun off from RE-Server. Both companies now operate under RSVR Invest Group.

Engineering, analysis and development in one team

Our team brings together analysts with equity portfolio management experience, hardware and overclocking specialists, and developers of AI tools. This enables us to consider performance, day-to-day operations and economics as a whole.

Three times the world’s best

Our specialists bring experience that includes three world-leading results in overclocking using conventional cooling. These achievements reflect detailed knowledge of hardware and its limits, with careful tuning of performance, power delivery and cooling.

We apply that knowledge to CPU and GPU servers: selecting suitable configurations, addressing bottlenecks and balancing performance with power consumption and stability. For sustained operation, what matters is how much useful work a server can reliably deliver and at what cost.

Analysts from equity markets

Our team includes analysts who previously worked in portfolio management in equity markets. They bring experience in investment evaluation, risk management, cash flows and assessing returns in relation to invested capital to our server projects.

We assess hardware acquisition costs and service life, ongoing expenses, utilisation and expected revenue. For clients, we connect finding end customers, individual commercial terms and billing with visibility into the results of the whole project.

Development and practical uses of AI

We connect development with day-to-day experience of operating servers. We build tools for infrastructure administrators and applications for end users. We start with the tasks people need to solve and the hardware on which the solution will run.

DCMetrik combines server monitoring, access management and detailed project economics. We are developing DCMedic — SERA to support diagnostics and recovery. Our tools therefore draw directly on both engineering and financial analysis.

We take a pragmatic approach to the rapidly changing AI market. We assess new technologies by their actual value for a specific project: performance, reliability, power consumption, total costs and returns. Combining engineering and analytical experience enables us to evaluate new opportunities quickly, adapt our solutions and make decisions with a view of the full operating economics.

The economics of the whole project

We combine hardware expertise with many years of experience in capital markets and process management. We assess both the technical and financial performance of a project.

Acquisition and lifecycle

Hardware price, financing, expansion, replacement and residual value.

Individual operating costs

Power, cooling, space, connectivity, maintenance and management, including incident handling and downtime costs.

Revenue and overall results

Server utilisation, actual and expected revenue, value of internal workloads and returns on invested resources.

RE-Server / RSVR INVEST GROUP

Hardware from our sister company RE-Server

RE-Server supplies servers and components and handles buyback and hardware renewal. Together we can cover acquisition, operations and future upgrades. Management is also available for servers from other suppliers.
